Hey, it’s Niall 👋

Trying something different for this edition: it’s all rapid-fire business ideas 🔥

Should all my emails be like this? 🤔

Cheers!

SELL A DATABASE

$16K Per Month From His Database Products

Rashid Khasanov runs multiple database products.

Angel Match is the most successful at $11,178 monthly revenue 💰

That's a database of 110K+ potential investors and their contact info, used by startups looking for funding.

In a recent interview, Rashid says the idea came while working on another startup…

We knew we needed VC capital or the product would die, so we manually built an investor list by doing a lot of Googling.

That startup did eventually die 😢 but Rashid recognized the value of the investor list they had built and turned it into Angel Match.

Think back to previous businesses or jobs you've had: did you create any resources to make your work easier?

Could be checklists, a database, templates, SOPs, etc.

Could those be repurposed or repackaged into a product? 🤔

LEAD GENERATION | SPONSORED

Running a Lead Gen Agency From an RV

Today's email is brought to you by Local Marketing Vault.

That's our top-rated lead generation training 🤩

One reviewer writes…

I took December 2018 to watch the videos and started actively prospecting for clients in January 2019…

I have been earning a full-time income since May 2019 and have been building my business ever since. I live and run my agency full-time in my RV, traveling across the U.S. That would not be possible without Local Marketing Vault, Jason & James, and the incredible community they built.

SCRATCH YOUR ITCH

Started Her Biz With $800, Sold For $45 Million

Cathryn Lavery from Ireland 🇮🇪 is the creator of the Self Journal.

Per a recent interview, she created the journal in 2015, later launched several other products, and sold the business for $45M in 2022 🤯

It all began when Cathryn had only $800 to her name and decided to start a side hustle…

The idea for the Self Journal stemmed from a personal need.

After realizing I had ADHD later in life, I struggled with staying organized. I created the journal by combining frameworks from various personal development books I'd read and putting my own spin on them.

So basically Cathryn figured out a way to manage a personal struggle (ADHD), then created a product to help other people do the same.

What have you overcome in your life? What have you figured out through hard experience?

Could you create a product that helps others do the same? 🤔

CHROME EXTENSIONS

84,504 Profitable Chrome Extension Ideas

Recently, Ian Nuttall noticed a weird message on some of his favorite Chrome extensions…

This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices

💬 He explains…

Turns out, the Chrome team deprecated Manifest V2 and a LOT of apps still use it. If they don't update, they will be disabled in the next few months.

So Ian scraped the entire Chrome web store and…

I found 84,504 extensions that are outdated spanning a total of 426 million users across them.

I put them all in a Google Sheet so you can filter to find high-potential extensions that have a proven user base and will be a gap in the market when they get disabled.

With this list you can find an abandoned extension with lots of users and:

- Try to acquire them and rebuild on Manifest V3
- Create a new extension to compete and fill the gap in the market
- Build these ideas into an existing extension you have

New Ideas vs Older Unfinished Projects

INVESTING

He Earned $7000 Passive Income via This Platform

In a recent video (3:32 mark), Danny Rusteen shares his experience with a site called Kickfurther…

I put in $20,000 almost three years ago and I have a balance of $27,000 today. That's a return of 11.67% per year.

How Kickfurther works 👇

Let's say I have a great product idea but no money to make it.

You could help me out via Kickfurther by buying a number of units before they’re made.

I then use that money to make the product and sell it.

Once I sell the units you paid for, you get a return 🥳

Kickfurther has a 4.0 rating from 250+ reviews on Trustpilot.

Some investors like Danny report solid returns.

Others, not so much…

I started investing with KF in 2019. I've had a net loss over that time period because deals keep going south and KF doesn't do anything to enforce payment.

Still, it's worth considering as an alternative investment opportunity 💵

SELL AD TEMPLATES

Making it Rain with $59 Ad Templates

💬 Ismael Diaby tweets about Kandy For Scale…

They have aggregated static Ad templates

that you can plug and play with in Canva Or Figma

And people love it

They sell the whole thing for $59

Have thousands of comments under their ads.

💡 Ismael's idea based on that…

- Collect the best performing FB ads
- Sort per category (e-com ads, fitness ads)
- Make them editable somehow
- Sell lifetime access
- Run ads to the funnel

Looks like Kandy also offers services as an upsell on product purchases, likely making lots more $$$ there 😎
