eBiz Insider Business Ideas Newsletter
Hey, it's Niall 👋
Thanks for all the feedback on the last edition.
Based on your responses, I've decided NOT to change the name of this newsletter.
Instead, I’ve added a tagline so it’s more obvious what it’s about.
Anyway, I've got some fun ideas for you today.
The first one is kinda naughty, but fascinating nonetheless.
Let's dive in 👇

AI INFLUENCERS
These AI-Generated Models Earned $12,402 in 30 Days
😵 This Reddit post got deleted…
But I posted the original text on X 😉
Basically that person created two AI influencers / models and is monetizing them via Patreon and Fanvue (an OnlyFans alternative).
Instagram accounts of the influencers (kinda nsfw) 👇
Turns out it's fairly easy to create AI influencers, as Sarah Chrisp reveals in this video…
Spoiler: she made $0, mainly because she wasn't willing to sell nudes of her AI influencer, which seems to be the main way to monetize 😳
But hey, if you're okay with that, you could give this a try yourself.

LINKEDIN CONTENT
Charge Clients $700/Month For This Productized Service
💡 Robin Vander Heyden, who has lots of experience with productized services, tweets an idea…
LinkedIn content design agency for SaaS.
→ LinkedIn content design (copywriting + design) as a subscription
→ LinkedIn carousels and images (Tutorials, Feature announcements, Tips & Best practices, Case studies, Company updates, ...)
This is a great service to offer on a subscription as companies likely have ongoing needs.
Sell this to CMOs or Head of Marketing to various profitable or VC-funded SaaS companies.
🤑 Per client, he reckons you could charge…
around $700-800/mo or $2k/quarter.
Can probably be much higher later but get your first clients and produce case studies first.
You could use tools like Claude and AICarousels to get first drafts 🤖
Robin’s offer…
If you want to build this, DM and I'll give you access to ManyRequests for a few months to build it out till you get your first customers.
ALERTS SERVICE
Google Trends For X
💬 Jason Levin tweets…
I'm building Google Trends for memes.
Let me explain: The Olympics was meme after viral meme.
My favorite was this guy, the US gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik.
He was sleeping during other people's events and then woke up for his event like a baller and won the gold medal.
That meme went viral (17M+ views) and it inspired Jason to start a newsletter ✉️ to help marketers capitalize on this kind of thing in future…
No marketer wants to miss a big trending moment, so every 24 hours I send an email with the newest viral meme templates.
He's monetizing via a premium upgrade + selling a course 💰
With that in mind, how about building an alert engine for your niche or industry?
Keep track of the latest trends and share them via a website, newsletter or social.

SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE
From $10 Word Doc to $2.5 Million a Year SaaS
Jacob Jacquet is the founder of Rezi, an AI-powered resume building software.
In a recent interview, he reveals that the business earns $215,000 MRR 🤑
Jacob launched Rezi in 2015 as a 22-year-old graduate.
When he started having success while applying for jobs…
I decided to post my resume on Reddit and the feedback was incredible… the story I told of being a bad student but still having great results was the perfect narrative to stir up interest…
The first version of Rezi… was simply a Microsoft Word document of the resume, along with a user guide with best practices. I sold this resume template for about $9.69.
That simple $10 Word doc has since evolved into a $2.5M/year SaaS 💪
And it all started with Jacob leveraging his talent for creating a winning resume.
What are you naturally good at? 🤔
Could you turn that into a business somehow?
DISPLAY ADS
He's Earned $500K+ from Free Facebook Traffic
👀 Video + text interview on Niche Pursuits…
Andy manages 9 Facebook pages and 5 websites. He drives traffic to the websites from the pages and monetizes with display ads 👍
The kind of content he posts on the pages…
It's light hearted, it's entertainment based, it's quizzes. It's definitely not heavy subjects or news subjects or political subjects, unless that's political humor.
The key is identifying the right niche 🧐
Andy's process for that…
Use the FB search bar to explore niches (eg. lawn care)
Look through the pages in the results
Identify pages with 40K+ likes
Check the content of those pages
Look for lots of posts with good engagement (eg. 50+ reactions)
That much engagement indicates it's possible to "generate a fair amount of traffic on each post."
Could you try this for a niche you're interested in? 🤔
