Valley started out finding free or cheap books and flipping them for a profit 📚

Then, in 2015…

he turned this passion and money-making gig into a software, Zen Arbitrage, which scans Amazon for books listed under their typical selling price. 

In 2022, when he sold his business, Zen Arbitrage had 750 paid users and raked in $90,000 in monthly revenue

Perhaps an opportunity there to build similar software for other niches on Amazon.

Or for other big marketplaces, such as eBay, Etsy or Poshmark 👀

A killer app could be one that does this for event tickets, scanning platforms like StubHub or Ticketmaster to identify underpriced tickets that could be bought and flipped (where permitted).

But how about offering QR code setup as a service for restaurants or bars in your area? 🧐

Set up their digital menu, the QR code, and the QR code stickers. 

A lot of operators don't know how to do this themselves.

Once you have the relationship there are a bunch of other services you could offer them 👇

  • Reviews management

  • Social media marketing

  • Digital gift cards

  • Etc.

To get started, find a local bar or restaurant that doesn't have QR codes and offer to set it up free of charge.

Do a good job, get a testimonial, leverage that to get paid for the next one 💰
