eBiz Insider Business Ideas Newsletter
Hey, it's Niall 👋
As usual, I'm writing to you from Andorra, a tiny country nestled in the mountains between Spain and France.
We've had our first snowfall this week, and I'm already listening to Christmas music while I work 😂
Only five full weeks left until the holiday hits.
I've been working on cleaning up my website this week, and will be diving into more video content next week.
Alright, let's get to some fresh business ideas.

He goes into detail, but in brief 👇
The newsletter would target overseas marketers seeking US-based remote jobs.

LEAD GENERATION | SPONSORED
Running a Lead Gen Agency From an RV
Today's email is brought to you by Local Marketing Vault.
That's our top-rated lead generation training 🤩
One reviewer writes…
I took December 2018 to watch the videos and started actively prospecting for clients in January 2019…
I have been earning a full-time income since May 2019 and have been building my business ever since. I live and run my agency full-time in my RV, traveling across the U.S. That would not be possible without Local Marketing Vault, Jason & James, and the incredible community they built.

EMBEDDABLE TOOL
$1000+ in 7 Days With An Embeddable AI Tool
📝 A post on Reddit…
The tool is FAQWidget.
🚀 The origin story…
I've always been frustrated by those ancient FAQ sections lurking at the bottom of websites, stuck in 1999. That frustration led me to build a tool that leverages AI to create world-class FAQ sections in a few clicks.
Sounds like most sales came via the affiliate program.
The interesting trend here is using AI to build "embeddable" website elements 🧐
There are a bunch of website chatbots like this, testimonial collections tools, even DropInBlog ($1M ARR in 2022).
I asked ChatGPT to come up with some other embeddable website elements that could become a profitable micro SaaS, see the response here 👈
A few that caught my eye…
Interactive Pricing Calculators
Testimonials and Review Aggregators
Knowledge Base or Resource Centers
Donation or Fundraising Modules

He Earned $9849 Last Month Teaching What He Knows
Josef Strzibny tweets…
I made $9849 in revenue this October. 🚀
It's my best month on Gumroad.
Not this year.
Not since I quit my job mid-2023.
But since I started selling in March 2021.
Incredibly humbled and grateful. 🙏
Josef is a software engineer turned indie maker, and all his products – mostly books – are related to software development.
Asked what his main marketing channel is, Josef replied…
I think this year it must be X. But before I had any following here it was my blog.
Good example of a humble guy without a huge following – only ~4K followers on X – sharing what he knows and earning a decent living from it 🤑
Could you do something like this yourself?
It's the classic "teach everything you know" strategy, per Nathan Barry.

Low Competition Niche: Selling Invoice Templates on Gumroad
💬 Igor Boky tweets…
Just found an interesting trend
People sell templates for invoices
A pretty new niche, low-competition, so seems to be simple to jump on that train for any designer
He includes a screenshot from his website 👉 bestsellingproducts.co
The site scrapes Gumroad and updates daily.
The goal is to help you…
Find high-performing digital products, analyze digital trends and earn more!
It's a nice site to browse and find ideas 🎯
Back to "templates for invoices" and a quick search on Etsy shows that there is indeed a market for that, with several templates racking up 10k+ reviews.
Probably hard to compete in that niche on Etsy, but I suspect it's much easier on Gumroad 👍

Start a Service Business With This $12K/Month AI Chatbot
A story about Gemma Vincent and her husband…
The chatbot = Chat Thing 🤖
Their story of building that app is interesting, but this is the part that caught my eye…
We got an email from Seth Godin, who we’ve always been big fans of…
He got us to build a bot based on all the years of his blog. That was a pretty awesome proof of concept.
Strikes me that someone could offer this as a service 💡
Pitch it to other big blogs, tell them you'll set up a chatbot for them, send them the Seth Godin example.
Charge a one-time setup fee if they sign up for Chat Thing themselves 💰
Or sign up for Chat Thing on their behalf – $14/month gives you 3 chatbots – and charge them a small monthly fee to set up and maintain the chatbot.
