New business ideas: $132K agency, $100K website flip, perfect business anyone can start 🤑

eBiz Insider Business Ideas Newsletter

Hey, it's Niall 👋

I just posted this 5-minute video on YouTube…

A little behind-the-scenes about that 👇

I didn't want to spend a lot of time writing the script, so I fed a couple of interviews I'd done about my business into ChatGPT, explained the kind of video I wanted to make, then got it to ask me questions to fill in the gaps.

Once I'd provided the extra info, ChatGPT gave me a solid first draft of the script, which I then tweaked so it sounded natural.

I'm pretty happy with the outcome, although my rushed editing isn't the prettiest 🙈

I'd love if you could give it a quick watch, and maybe a thumbs up and a comment if you feel inclined. That would help ensure more people see it 👍

Alright, let's get stuck into some business ideas.

He Found a Perfect Business That Anyone Can Start

👀 A recent video from Chris Koerner…

It's a firewood business, and Chris lays out how he's helping two college kids get it off the ground 🚀

One commenter writes…

Wow! That’s the most comprehensive 30 minutes video I’ve ever seen. Absolutely jam-packed with useful ideas, most of which would be applicable to any business!

Biggest starting cost is a log splitter = approx $1600.

Get the raw firewood free from tree trimming companies.

Cut it up and sell by the half cord = one full truck bed = $250-300 revenue 🤑

Chris shows how to do competitive research and find customers via Facebook Marketplace.

Probably a lot of local service businesses you could try with this approach, maybe copy Chris and have local college kids do the grunt work while you oversee everything 😎

Bonus: if you live on a busy road, check the 16:20 mark of the video to see how you could make money by letting people advertise in your driveway.

Earn $18-36 Per Day With This Popular App

Freecash is a popular pay-to-click (PTC) or get-paid-to (GPT) website and app.

A popular YouTuber named Mikael tried it out and reported his findings…

From the video description…

And let me reveal right away that it is legit. In fact, it is one of my favorite GPT sites as it is one of the sites with high rewards.

Mikael shows in the video that he has earned at least $200 from Freecash, as he withdraws that amount.

Ways to earn via Freecash…

  • Featured offers

  • Rewards and streaks

  • Leaderboard contests

  • Referral program

At the 8:30 mark of the video Mikael shows that $18.50 is the “average money earned by users” of Freecash the previous day.

However, when I checked the Freecash website, that amount was showing as $36.32.

So it seems some days are better than others for earning on there.

In another video, Mikael talks about getting paid to watch ads on Freecash (3:55 mark).

You do that via Earn > Offer Partners > TimeWall

Mikael says about this method of earning on Freecash…

It will not give you a lot of earnings compared to many other options on Freecash. But an easy way to earn as you can see.

Simple, Smart Startup Idea (Validated on Reddit)

💬 Glen Allsopp tweets about this ad running on Reddit…

Glen's comments…

Simple, smart startup idea.

A lot of small businesses have heard of AI, but aren't sure how it can help them.

This is one of the first Reddit Ads I've ever seen dozens of positive replies to, and almost all look like legit accounts (two were clearly AI responses).

100+ comments on the post within 2 weeks 🔥

Clearly a demand for this kind of thing in many different industries and geos.

And you wouldn't need to know a lot about AI to start something like this.

If you use ChatGPT daily and are familiar with tools like Zapier and Airtable, you could already help a lot of businesses 💪

SEO AGENCY

His Humble Agency Earned $132K Last Year From Lithuania

From an interview with Benas Leonavicius from 🇱🇹 Lithuania, founder of this SEO agency

During 2024, the business has generated €126,000 ($132,000) in revenue.

Benas is doing most of the work himself and has an 80% profit margin = €106,000 ($111,000) profit last year 🤑

Nothing sexy about this business, and if anything you'd think there are a ton of SEO agencies out there already, that the market is saturated.

But Benas proves that there's plenty of room for more players 👍

Benas started with SEO a decade ago, first by helping a friend with their website.

He found more clients doing cold outreach.

Then 👇

Things really took off when I joined Upwork, where I found significant success and connected with many more clients, which helped grow my freelancing career.

If you have some skills already – eg. SEO, web design, PPC – how about starting an agency like Benas?

It won't make you rich overnight, but it seems like a reliable way to eventually earn $100K/year 📈

NICHE WEBSITES

Bought The Site 3 Months Ago, Just Sold For $100K+

Tim Bennetto tweeted back in October…

Just bought this app: colormagic.app

Gets 500K pageviews/mo 🤯

Also ranks for some really high difficulty KW's.

Tim didn't disclose the purchase price but said it "was pretty cheap."

Then at the end of January he tweeted

Just sold Color Magic for six figures! 🤯

- acquired 3 mo ago…
- rebuilt, optimized seo…
- added pages, features
- 2M palettes generated with ai
- put ads to generate revenue
- 5x traffic to 1.6M views/mo

I'd guess he bought it for $30K, but even at $50K he would have doubled his money in a little over 3 months 💰

Tim found the site by searching for keywords on Ahrefs, then reaching out to the owner

Contacted plenty, only small % respond. Best way to get a good deal though.

You could try this for a niche you're interested in.

🧐 Find an undervalued / under monetized site via keyword research, see if you can buy, improve, and flip within a few months.

MINDSET

He's Launched 20 Startups With This Framework

John Rush shares the ideation framework he's used to launch over 20 startups…

Jamji Jamaramji breaks it down like this 👇

start working on a work project until you run into a big pain point that slows you down. Solve that. Turn that solution into a business.

Examples:
Struggle @ website -> Website solution
Annoyed @ Analytics -> Analytics solution
Struggle @ SEO -> SEO solution

So any time you have a problem and struggle to find a solution = business opportunity 💡

Especially if the problem is work/business related.
