eBiz Insider Business Ideas Newsletter
Hey, it's Niall 👋
I hear from some subscribers who like the mix of business ideas in this newsletter.
Others who want more tech-focused ideas (AI, SaaS, etc.) 🤖
And still more who would prefer less of the techy stuff.
Help me out and click a link below so I know which ideas I should have more or less of in the newsletter…

Alright, let's get stuck into some fresh business ideas.

YOUTUBE WALKING TOURS
$13K/Month Faceless Walking Tours YouTube Channel
Sign up for a free account on Flippa and you can see the details of this listing 👇
4K walking tours YouTube Channel: HP Walking Tours
144K subscribers
174 videos
$302K revenue since Nov 2021
$13K/month revenue last year
$590k asking price
It's a faceless and voiceless channel, just someone walking around different cities, capturing the sights and sounds 👀
Obviously you'd need a travel budget to do something like this.
📍 Although these channels show it can be done on a local scale too…
London City Walk – 222K subs
Seoul Walker – 433K
The Traveler (Switzerland & Germany) – 162K
Probably every big city or tourist region could have a profitable channel like this.
Could you start one where you are? 🤔

Could You Build This "Game Changing" AI Tool?
💬 Sukh tweets…
I do 10+ customer interviews. After a while, it's super hard to keep all that context in my head.
I have recorded Fathom videos but who has the time to go through them. Thinking of building an internal tool for "Voice of customer".
I should be able to:
1. Provides sales calls I've done as transcripts
2. Ask questions like - "what are people struggling with" etc.
3. Get answers with specific quotes
Then I can take this and ask an LLM: "How should I write my landing page based on these customer pain points".
Vin replied…
having an AI tool that helps you sift through all that customer data and turns it into actionable insights is a game changer
Sounds like a valuable tool that could be built on top of ChatGPT or another LLM 👍

LOCAL NEWSLETTER
This Local Newsletter Earned $52K Last Month (85% Profit)
Catskill Crew is a newsletter for The Catskills, a mountainous region in the eastern USA 🇺🇸 popular for hiking and such.
Michael Kauffman started the newsletter around the end of 2023 and recently tweeted that it earned $52K in January (85% profit).
Michael also tweeted recently…
You can monetize ANY newsletter without ads. Yesterday I did $3,900 in revenue. $1,600 in D2C and $2,300 in B2B.
No ads. No cold outreach. No media kits. No CPMs. No CPCs. Just product. Build an audience and validate ideas.
Also says in the replies there that they have 17.5K subscribers now and sell "board games and discount cards."
Products in their store include the Catskill-opoly board game ($60 a pop) 😎
Love seeing a non-city local newsletter doing so much revenue.
Could you do something similar for another region? 🤔

$894 Profit in 10 Days Reselling a $10 eBook
YouTube video by LondonNuggs, posted back in November 👇
His results…
$2979 revenue
$1615 expenses (mostly ads)
$894 profit
The product he was selling: this vegan cookbook for $20 🥦
He didn't write that book, instead buying it with resell rights (PLR) for $10 here.
To market the book, he downloaded viral vegan TikTok videos, then posted those on his own accounts (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
He also used those videos in ads on TikTok and Pinterest.
~30 hours spent on everything and apparently he would have only made $600 profit if he didn't already have some experience with Pinterest ads 🧐
Worth noting that it's against Pinterest's content policy to post other people's content without permission, even if you give attribution. Probably the same for TikTok and YouTube.
So definitely some questionable elements to this, but lots to learn from it nonetheless 👍
