Hey, it's Niall 👋
I’ve spent the last couple of weeks putting all the business ideas from this newsletter into a database.
Actually, several databases…
💰 All Ideas (747 and counting)
🤖 AI Ideas
🏠 Home Based Ideas
📍 Local Ideas
☁️ Micro SaaS Ideas
📬 Newsletter Ideas
🏝️ Passive Income Ideas
🔥 Side Hustle Ideas
🤑 Simple Ideas
(There’s actually one more that I won’t mention here because it might trigger your spam filter 🙈 but you’ll see it linked in the menu when you click on any of the above.)
Hopefully those databases will make it easier to find the perfect business idea for you.

FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE
$145 in 1 Day Reselling Free Items On Facebook (With AI)
👀 New video from Codie Sanchez…
Similar to another story we featured recently, she's using ChatGPT Operator to find free items listed on Facebook Marketplace, get them delivered to her home, then selling them for a profit 🤑
In one day, she ended up selling a chair, a table and a stroller for $145 total…
If we keep doing this for a week, that's $1015, not bad at all.
But Codie doesn't mention her expenses, which include $200/mo for Operator, and $100+ for delivery of just one item 😕
She also admits there was a good bit of "babysitting" of the AI required, but that is likely to change soon…
In the next 5 years, I think this game is completely different. Which is why we have to learn this stuff now.
My main takeaway: reselling free items on Facebook Marketplace can be a profitable side hustle if you do the pickup and delivery yourself 💪
And as AI improves you can increasingly automate everything else.

AMAZON KDP
Simple Amazon Word Search Books Earning $100's Per Day
📚 Sean Dollwet posted this video a year ago about publishing low-content books on Amazon…
At the start he shows examples of kids word search books on Amazon + estimated earnings 👇
Sean's video was posted right before Easter and those are all Easter-themed books, so earnings were likely peaking around then 📈
Greg Gottfried has a more recent video on the same topic where he says…
This is the inside of [my Amazon KDP] account… in the first month it has made $7.89, and that is only with seven of these books uploaded.
This was just a couple hours of work total… no advertising, no marketing… these books are just selling on their own.
$7.89 ain't a lot but also not a bad start, could see that increasing over time 🚀
A full hour-long tutorial from Greg where he breaks down how to do this…

The Secret To Entrepreneurial Success

SAAS
Started His $19K/Month Business From a Barber’s Chair
📝 An interview with Maciej Cupial from Poland, founder of Calendesk…
Origin story…
I started Calendesk in 2020/2021 after a conversation with my hairdresser, who was struggling to manage bookings efficiently.
He wanted a simple tool but couldn’t find one that fit his needs. Given my programming background, I thought, “Why not build a solution myself?”
🧐 How Maciej validated the idea…
Instead of trying to build the “perfect” SaaS, I decided to launch quickly and get feedback from real users. So, I created a landing page with a clear CTA, launched Google Ads to drive traffic, and offered a free beta to early users.
I love how he got the idea by talking with his hairdresser 😍
Similar story with this person on Reddit: I made $450 off one client!
Try to strike up conversations with business owners you interact with, learn what problems they have, see if you can provide a solution (doesn't have to be software).

His Secret Hack For Infinite Startup Ideas
💬 John Rush tweets…
My secret hack for infinite startup ideas:
1. Google search bar: an app that..; cms that…
2. Social media: is there a tool..; how to..;
(for validated problems, you can build solutions for)
For example, he'll start typing "an app that" into Google and it autocompletes with…
an app that pays you to walk
an app that reads for you
an app that gives free data
an app that solves math problems
an app that hides other apps
an app that writes essays for you
an app that locks other apps
an app that can write an essay for you
