Hey, it's Niall 👋

Check out this YouTube channel that’s quietly racking up millions of views — without doing anything flashy…

Screenshot from Social Blade

Launched in 2023, that channel has already grown to 70K subscribers and 55M views — mostly from short, simple screencast videos showing how to do things like…

  • Change your age on TikTok

  • Add a page border in MS Word

  • Cancel Netflix auto payment

Each video is just 2-3 minutes long, usually with an AI voiceover. No face on camera. No complex editing.

And the channel is likely pulling in over $3,000/month just from YouTube ads.

Which got me thinking… why aren’t more people doing this? 🤔

Especially now — when there’s a new AI tool that makes creating these types of video guides super fast and easy.

Bonus: that AI tool is sponsoring today's newsletter, and you can try it out 100% free via the link below 👇

Beyond that, I’ve got the usual batch of fresh business ideas for you.

Let’s dive in 😎

Make $100 Online Fast (With Help From ChatGPT)

Brian O'Neill shows how to use ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas for a simple info product, then market and sell it quickly 🚀

Starting with this prompt…

I want to earn my first $100 online but have no idea where to start. what skills do i have that are transferable to an online business based on my job as a human resources manager. I want to keep this super simple and avoid overthinking. I want to get something launched fast.

Replace "human resources manager" with your own job. Or, focus on skills or hobbies you have, or a life transformation you went through.

Basically leverage whatever personal experience you can 💪

Once you've settled on an idea for a product…

  • Record yourself brain-dumping everything you know

  • Feed the transcript back into ChatGPT

  • Have it to format the info into a short and concise guide

  • Turn that into a PDF via Google Docs

  • List it for sale on Gumroad

  • Follow ChatGPT's marketing recommendations to get your first sales

In Brian's example, ChatGPT recommends promoting on LinkedIn with a message like this 👇

Reviewed thousands of applications as an HR manager. Most people fail before the interview. Just created a checklist—grab it here.

His Niche Shopify Store Earned $3 Million Last Year

🔒 Paywalled story about Carlos Ugalde…

He got laid off at 52 years old, no digital marketing experience but he decided to launch a Shopify store, House of Chingasos

he wanted to combine Latino and meme culture through clothing. Within 90 days, he went from $2,500 in sales to $54,000 a month by following this strategy:

• Open up a Shopify store
• Upload 10 basic designs
• Connect the e-shop to Printful (a print-on-demand company)
• Start running Facebook ads immediately

Sounds like he was relentlessly testing his ads 😎

He launched quick, low-budget campaigns to test different designs and messaging… If a design or message underperformed, it was scrapped. If it took off, it was scaled.

This rapid-fire approach allowed Carlos to make data-driven decisions, double down on what worked and continuously refine his brand for a growing Latino audience.

Carlos did it for a Latino audience, starting ~5 years ago.

What other audience could you do it for? 🤔

📝 Chance-Cup5862 writes

[I'm] uploading vectors to different graphic contributor platforms like Canva, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Vecteezy, Freepik, Noun Project, Flaticon and Alamy…

There are more then 50k vectors in these accounts…

I’ve built a team of graphic designers remote and physical who create vector illustrations based on my guidance and market trends…

I'm earning an average $6000 a month which is completely passive from last 11 months and haven’t uploaded any new vectors.

💬 In the comments…

there is a high demand for Regional themed vectors. They can really help you stand out and rank within fast in your target audience.

Sounds like a lot of work up front but clearly a profitable side hustle in the long run 👍

Try this yourself if you have graphic design skills or can hire someone to create vectors inexpensively.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION

Generating Affiliate Revenue via Reddit Parasite SEO

💬 Mike Futia tweets

Google Search is so cooked
keyword: best air purifiers for home
ranking #2: a Reddit spam post from "helloimlupphie"
written by ChatGPT
filled with links to their own affiliate site…

Here's the post on Reddit, probably gets 1000's of views every month 👀

That affiliate site is likely getting less traffic from Google nowadays so they're posting content to Reddit that links to their site.

This is known as Parasite SEO 🦠

Assuming their content is actually legit and well-researched – and they can somehow avoid the Reddit mods – I'd say this is fair game.

As Mike puts it…

don’t hate the player hate the game

If you have a content site yourself, you could try this to get more traffic 📈

Or offer to make Reddit posts like that for established content sites, charge them per post.
