Hey, it's Niall 👋

I used to learn things the hard way: months (sometimes years) of trial and error until I finally cracked the code.

Then I realized there’s a shortcut…

🧐 Find someone who’s already done it
📝 Unpack their exact playbook
😎 Put my own spin on it

As Bruce Lee put it…

Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is essentially your own.

That switch – from banging my head against the wall to standing on the shoulders of giants – is what earned me $1M+ in my last business 🤑

Now I’m always hunting for entrepreneurs who’ve boiled down their success into repeatable steps.

Jacques Hopkins is one of them: he built a $4M online‐course business teaching piano… and he’s distilled the whole system into a free, 35-minute workshop.

More on that below 👇 along with 5 fresh business ideas.

TOGETHER WITH JACQUES HOPKINS

The Exact Formula Behind a $4M Online Course

If you’ve been following my content for a while, you know I'm all about realistic ways to earn online income.

Today I'm sharing a free workshop from someone who’s done that in a very non-obvious way...

Jacques Hopkins built an online course teaching piano – and it’s made him over $4 million 💰

That’s not a typo.

He didn’t teach marketing or how to get rich online. Just piano.

I actually interviewed Jacques several years ago. He’s the real deal, and what impressed me most was how systemized and simple he’s made the process of building a profitable online course business 💪

He’s hosting a free 35-minute workshop where he breaks down the exact formula that helped him build a 7-figure business selling a low to medium ticket product.

No fluff. Just the framework.

Here’s what Jacques will cover in the workshop…

The exact formula that 6 & 7-figure online course businesses are built on so you can replicate their success.

The two traffic strategies that are working right now to drive insane amounts of traffic – fast.

How to craft an irresistible course offer that your audience won’t be able to resist.

The two questions you need to ask about your sales funnel to ensure it converts into sales.

If you’ve ever wanted to turn your knowledge into an online course that sells – whether you want to teach design, writing, fitness, or yes, even ukulele – this is the most legit and practical free resource I’ve seen.

The workshop is just 35 minutes – but the strategies you’ll learn could be worth millions. Literally.

Give it a watch and let me know what you think. I expect many of you will walk away with a clear plan (and probably a few lightbulb moments) 💡

She Made $2300 in 10 Weeks With a New Facebook Page

📝 Tweetgirl writes

I've made over $2,300 in the past 2.5 months on a brand new Facebook page and I'll tell you step-by-step exactly how I did it. All free…

Step 1: Pick a niche and create a FB page

I would recommend choosing a niche or theme and stick with it. I've seen memes and relatable content posts getting the best results. For example, relationship and dating pages.

Step 2: Post a lot

I post one to two times a day. I don't post enough. I want to get to a point where I post 5-6 times a day. It's all manual, not automated.

Step 3: Post reels

I think this is the secret sauce. Reels on FB are performing really well now. I would stick to posting this kind of content only for now, to grow quickly.

Step 4: Monetize

The moment you are eligible to monetize, activate it and keep going.

You'd be monetizing via the FB Monetization Program, which basically pays you for ads displayed alongside your content 💰

CARD GAME

Divorced Dads Cards Are Selling For $125 on eBay

📝 The Publish Press reports

“Two Christmases” and “Dad’s New Roommate” are both selling for upwards of $125 on eBay right now…

They’re both cards from the satirical Divorced Dads card game made by comedy creator Graeme Barrett. The price on the secondary market is 5x the going rate of starter packs on the game’s website…

In 2023, Barrett started making short-form video sketches of collectible cards for divorced dads, like “drywall hole” and “gas station sunglasses.” The series went viral, and in 2024, Barrett turned the sketches into a playable game.

Revenue unclear, but apparently the business is profitable with zero ad spend 😎

Great example of finding and serving a niche.

In this case: divorced dads.

Could you create some kind of card / board / printable game for your audience? 🤔

TIKTOK

Charging $1K/Month Per Client To Solve This TikTok Problem

On TikTok, videos tend to get more views in the UK if the platform believes the account is based there 🇬🇧

Many companies want to appear as if they’re in the UK or USA because audiences in these countries are more valuable for business.

Someone posting about a friend's side hustle on Reddit 👇

He charges companies £1k/month to basically solve their TikTok location problem - posting in the UK to target UK audiences…

He said he…

- Creates a fresh TikTok account for the company

- Spends the first week warming it up(building initial followers, engagement patterns, etc)

- Then posts one piece of content daily that the company provides

- Targets UK audiences specifically

- Even buys dedicated phones for his long-term clients so the accounts stay "native" 😂

I was skeptical until I saw Abishek sharing on X that he does the same thing in the USA for clients 🇺🇸

Likely lots of demand for this.

FRIEND AS A SERVICE

Getting Paid $70 To Hang Out With Strangers

A recent post on Reddit 👇

RentAFriend is a site where you make a profile and rent out your services as a friend…

I was paid to be a dance partner for a guy trying to practice dancing for his degree program, I was paid to wait in line, I was paid to watch pets, I was paid to walk pets, I was paid to be a friend for a guy attending a local drag car museum, I was paid to go to school reunions with people, I was paid to go to dances, I was paid to go hiking/ walking with people, I was paid to do some language tutoring for people, and much more!

My rates were reasonable at $10.00/ hour, and most jobs lasted several hours, so I could easily make $70.00 per outing. Not bad for basically just hanging out with people all day.

Rent a Friend is a legit site and apparently $10/hour is the minimum rate you can set on there.

Nick Loper reports that you can earn up to $50/hour 💰 but don't expect the gigs to be consistent.

SHORT-FORM VIDEO

$15.8K Revenue in 1 Month With This Strategy

Lera runs Clipwing, a short-form video agency 🚀

Looks like she launched around the end of 2023, and reported several months later…

$15.8k in october!!

Harry Dry breaks down how Lera uses cold pitching on X to find new clients, turning 33% of her targets into clients 👇

Finding a company whose problem you solve, solving it (without permission), and sharing with them on social media

Specifically, Lera will turn a creator's long-form video into a snappy clip, then share the before/after on X and tag the creator.

👉 Example of her doing that for Mark Manson recently.

You could follow Lera's lead and do similar yourself with short-form video, use AI software to create clips of your favorite shows/podcasts and tag on social.

Or if you offer a different service, can you try a similar permissionless marketing strategy to find new clients? 🤔
