IMAGE ENHANCEMENT

Build a Business Off The Back of Google's New AI Tool

You might have heard of Nano Banana, Google's latest AI image editing tool 🍌

Some people are calling it a Photoshop killer.

Rodrigo Rocco tweets a before and after image…

oh this is incredible 😱

This morning a client of mine (A boutique hotel in the UK) created a Trello task

I had an image of an empty table in their bistro

I asked 🍌: "add a British couple having lunch"

The clients went WTF!!!

Another example…

For image editing and combining images nano-banana is mind blowing 🤯

It managed to "move" a family from the beach to the hot tub of one of our villas

You could try offering this image enhancement service to real estate agents.

They send you bland photos of unfurnished properties, and you use Nano Banana to make them look way more compelling 😎

SAAS

$15,000 Per Month Repackaging This Software

Check out ChildcareAutomation.com, a sales and marketing platform for childcare businesses.

Looks like it's been around for ~3 years 🗓️

Priced at $97 to $197 per month.

And they have at least 100 customers, so likely earning $15K or more each month 💰

It sounds like some serious software that can do a lot of things.

But really they've just repackaged existing software, customized it a bit for childcare businesses, and pitched it successfully to that niche 🤑

The existing software = HighLevel (aff link)

I cover several other businesses doing the same thing for different niches in my latest video…

Fairly simple business model 👇

  • Learn how to use HighLevel

  • Customize it for a niche you're familiar with

  • Sell it as your own software to that niche

What niche could you try this for?

TOGETHER WITH HIGHLEVEL

With HighLevel, you can deliver "quick win" marketing results for small businesses – without needing a big team, fancy tech skills, or paid ads.

Here’s how 👇

Repackage the software to offer valuable services like Google review automation, missed-call text-back, or appointment booking flows.

These are high-impact systems that local businesses need, but don’t know how to set up.

And you can charge each customer $97/month (or even more) 😎

Even better, GHL gives you all the tools in one place:

CRM
Forms
Email/SMS marketing
AI automations
Pipeline tracking
And much more

You pay for a flat subscription – then repackage those tools into simple, valuable offers 💪

Plenty of people are earning $10K+ per month doing just that.

Normally, they only give a 14-day trial, but this link gives you a full 30-day trial to try it out risk-free…

*Disclosure: If you become a paid customer of HighLevel through my link, I will receive a commission at no extra cost to you. I'm building my new business on HighLevel, which is why I'm happy to recommend it.

DOG WALKING

This Side Hustle Earns Up To $4000/Month (Zero Qualifications)

📝 A story about Natalie in the UK…

The side hustle is dog walking via the Rover app, which connects pet owners with pet sitters and dog walkers 🐶

Natalie charges about £15 per hour for dog walking, but often walks more than one dog at a time to earn more.

💬 A comment on Natalie's TikTok…

I also do pet sitting, and Petme is where I earn the most. Other apps take huge cuts. Rover’s 20% fee? No thanks, is theft.

Meanwhile, someone on Reddit is pushing this side hustle even further 👇

I started my dog walking/pet sitting company in May as a solo operator. 7 months later, I have 3 part-time employees and revenue is around $9k/month.

Monthly profit depends on how much I work in the field. If employees were doing 100% of the work, profit would be ~$2,300 a month. Every field work hour I do myself adds about $35/hr in profit.

Not currently doing a ton of field work myself, so this month net profit will likely be around $4k.

He Earned $9,000 in a Month Posting AI Slop on YouTube

📝 From a recent NPR story about AI slop YouTube channels…

FUNTASTIC YT… hosts dozens of videos in which an animated kitten has a brief, often nonsensical, misadventure.

Regarding one video on the channel…

The video has all the hallmarks of being made using AI: It's got colorful, simplistic animation and computer voiceovers. Still, though it barely has a hint of a plot, it's funny, relatably goofy — and it's been seen over 2 million times.

The channel has ~600K subscribers, first video published last October 🚀

NPR tracked down the guy behind the channel…

Garilao is a 21-year-old college student … in the Philippines, where he studies computer science. He said he produces one or two clips a day, all with a similar theme revolving around the kitten and his father.

Each takes one or two hours to produce, using ChatGPT to render the characters, KlingAI to create video, and other software to edit…

"The highest I made was in the month of May. I made $9,000 in just one month," Garilao said. For perspective, that adds up to more than a year's salary in the kind of entry-level job he said he can expect when he graduates.

With so many views and subscribers, clearly there's an appetite for this kind of content 👍

And we're likely still in the early days of it.

BOOKING PLATFORM

$980 Last Month From Scratching His Own Itch

Muiz Rexhepi is the founder of GoBusly, a bus booking service for the Balkans 🚌

He recently shared

couple months ago i was just annoyed cause every time i needed to book a bus here in the balkans it was this whole offline mess. you either had to go to the station, call some random number, or just hope the bus actually shows up. nothing online, nothing simple.

i got tired of it and thought screw it, i’ll just try building my own thing. wasn’t even thinking it would become a “startup” or whatever, i just wanted to make booking easier for myself and maybe a few friends.

fast forward a bit, people actually started using it. last month it pulled in like $980 in revenue and honestly i still can’t believe it. seeing real people paying for something i hacked together to solve my own problem feels unreal.

Muiz is an experienced web developer, but his takeaway is applicable to any aspiring entrepreneur 👇

kinda crazy how sometimes the best ideas are just the annoying everyday problems we deal with ourselves.

Also, I've seen platforms like GoBusly in other parts of the world.

Muiz simply built a similar thing for his local area.

What popular products or services aren't available in your area yet? 🤔

Could you launch your own version?
