Hey, it's Niall 👋
As a big movie buff, I was saddened to hear of Robert Redford passing away yesterday.
I think often of a story told by the actor Andrew Garfield, who worked with Redford on a movie back in 2007…
“I asked him, ‘What was the happiest time in your career?’
And he said, ‘Before. Before it got easy. The struggle.’”
Keep that in mind if you’re struggling to get your business or side hustle off the ground.
Embrace that struggle.
You’ll look back on it fondly some day.
Alright, let’s dive into some fresh business ideas 👇

AGENCY
Do This 10x Daily = $10K/Month Business
👀 Hdmando saw a truck owned by a construction company, made note of their phone number and sent them a text…
I was in back of your truck yesterday and something hit me. That you dont have a website.
📝 He writes…
I spent 20 mins with AI building a mockup page. Another 10 mins in GHL setting up a funnel, and less than half an hour later I had a hot lead. It's been less than 1 hour since the text went out and I have a sale in the books…
Do this 10x a day and your agency will generate $10k per month.
💬 Someone commented…
similar to my approach. I just walk through city and then screenshot advertisements… and just check online what that business has and what it lacks or what I could improve for them….
most of the business I come across are small private business or new startups that desperately need any help… So that's basically guaranteed hot lead's…
And just by making a test website to show them is huge for them, I also gone step further and created short videos that show how some other cool GHL features and tools can improve their business. And they absolutely love it, no need to convince them anything. The video's and the test website does the convincing part for me.
GHL = Go High Level (aff link)
That's an all-in-one software that makes it easy to provide a bunch of valuable services to small businesses 👍
TOGETHER WITH HIGHLEVEL
With Go High Level, you can build a high-margin, recurring revenue business by offering local businesses one thing they desperately need – but rarely have time to set up: automated SMS campaigns.
⚡ Why this works:
Most small business owners don't know how to follow up with leads effectively.
With GHL's SMS marketing tools, you can create instant value – text confirmations, reminders, missed-call texts, review requests, and more.
You charge $100-500/month per client for running these automations. Some folks even bundle in reputation management, CRM access, or AI chatbots to earn $1,000+/month per client.
And here's the kicker 👇
You don't need to code, hire, or manage complex tools.
HighLevel gives you everything you need in one place…
CRM, landing pages, SMS/email marketing
Automations, AI chatbots, pipeline tracking
Flat monthly cost → you resell as a service stack
💬 Matt Coffy, founder of a 7-figure agency using GHL, said…
I have used and gone through every single platform… HighLevel is beyond the normal register of capabilities for all of the things that we need to do… And we've got several dozen installations… Probably 100 at this point…
This isn't theory – people are already doing this and scaling fast.
*Disclosure: If you become a paid customer of HighLevel through my link, I will receive a commission at no extra cost to you. I'm building my new business on HighLevel, which is why I'm happy to recommend it.
OLD NEWSPAPERS
Several Business Ideas From This $10 Purchase
💬 Steph Smith tweets…
Friend of mine bought a stack of newspapers from 100+ years ago for $10.
Now when friends come over they can search for their birthday, and cut out/take home the news from over a century ago!
Jake replies…
Several biz ideas here. Everyone loves the "on this day" feature with social media. Same concept.
Monthly print mag with "on this day" historical events. Mobile app could do it daily, quick read for the consumer.
Apply to history. Apply to sports. Really any category.
Another reply 👇
Where can I buy these 100+ year old newspapers? Is there a marketplace?
Looks like there's a thriving market for them on eBay.
You could buy old newspapers cheap at garage sales and flea markets and flip them there 🤑
3D PRINTING
Ex-Con Earning $5K/Week in This Rapidly Growing Market
Jay shares how he earned $5389 in a recent 7-day period 👇
I run a small [3D print] farm primarily selling earrings and a few functional items on amazon. I design all my own product, advertise and run the operation.
📝 Elsewhere he writes…
I started with 1k and about 6 months watching YouTube tutorials on design. Then I bought a 3d printer and tested my new skills. 2 years later, we own about 10k in machines and 5k in other equipment. I have filled over 10k orders this year…
Printers in the $1k range now compete with $10k printers of 5-7 years ago. That's just how fast the times have shifted, I think its one of the most rapidly growing markets outside AI atm…
It involves more critical thinking and creativity than it does actual book knowledge. I have no college degree related to engineering or design. If you put 500 hours into a skilled trade you will be good.
Browsing his Reddit posts, it seems Jay is an autistic ex-con with two autistic kids 👀
He reckons entrepreneurship is easier now than it's ever been…
I am going to sell a business and a piece of tech I designed myself entirely over the past two years. I literally have no coding experience and I have designed a piece of software already making me thousands a month. I feel like im a part of the dot com boom and everyone else is sleeping. I will make a few million by end of 2027 and never work again.

AI AGENTS
50 Real-World AI Agent Use Cases That Could Be Businesses
🤖 Annie Cushing recently published…
Lots of ideas there, either for AI-powered SaaS or setting up those agents for businesses.
For example 👇
Alumni career matcher
Manual: A staff member in Career Services checks LinkedIn profiles to see if alumni have changed jobs. They search for students with similar career goals by digging through spreadsheets or notes in the CRM. When they find a potential match, they write and send an introduction email manually.
Agent: A Python agent monitors job changes using the LinkedIn API (e.g., an alum is promoted to senior UX designer at Google). It compares the alum's updated job title and skills with student interests stored in Salesforce. When a strong match is found, the agent drafts a personalized introduction email and sends it automatically—allowing Career Services to scale mentorship outreach to hundreds of students with no extra staff time.
ANSWERING QUESTIONS
$2K in 2 months Helping With School Assignments Online
Someone asks on Reddit…
💬 One reply…
I just do homework help (essays, papers etc) on School Solver. Been at it ~2 months and already pulled out around 2k, not bad tbh…
Most tasks are also just easy and you can earn usually above $8/task. Easy to get in as well.
See here for questions posted on School Solver and how much they pay 🤑
The top two earners on the site…
expertsolution in New York: $33K earned ($5.21 per answer)
Phd_Level_Writerr in Karachi: $24K earned ($7.36 per answer)
You don't actually get paid for every answer; only those that people purchase.
The earnings aren't huge here but it sounds like a decent side hustle. And you can probably use ChatGPT to write up better answers quickly 😎
TOGETHER WITH PACASO
Keep This Stock Ticker on Your Watchlist
They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”
No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.
Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.
They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.
And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
