Hey, it's Niall 👋
I quit my last job 15 years ago.
Early on, I earned a living via freelance web design – hours at the keyboard, typing and coding, trying to whip client sites into shape 💻
This morning it hit me:
You can build a website nowadays without even touching a keyboard.
Just use voice commands and let AI do the heavy lifting 💪
Sure enough, more people than ever are searching for “voice typing”…

If you want to try it yourself, check out the first resource below.
Aside from that, I have the usual batch of fresh business ideas for you 👇

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING
7-Figure Business Waiting to be Built in This Hidden Industry
📝 Tim Stoddart writes…
Industrial cleaning is a high revenue business… even a conservative job at 8,000 square feet brings in about 80,000 dollars.
And because these jobs are usually covered by insurance, there is little haggling over price. Time is the critical factor. Cleaners come in, do the work, and clear out, which means they can keep operating nonstop as long as the jobs keep coming.
That combination of urgency, pricing power, and insurance coverage makes the market especially attractive.
Most importantly, these jobs are local. So you have a perfect opportunity to build a business around it.
To take advantage, Tim recommends 👇
– Create a newsletter for cleaning business owners. Share updates on prices of cleaning supplies, marketing tactics, new equipment and techniques
– Build a lead generation directory that connects commercial property owners to cleaners instantly.
– Create an agency that specializes in marketing for industrial cleaning companies.
These owners are constantly busy and rarely stop to focus on branding or lead generation. If you build the apparatus, you can become the go to solution…
if you are serious about building a business that works for you, industrial cleaning is a hidden gem waiting to be owned.
AGENCY
$14K/Month With His Solo Operated Agency
💬 Cameron shares his experience building a business with Go High Level (GHL)…
I have been using GHL for 3 years…
I’ve scaled my solo operated agency… to $14k/month primarily using GHL + MAKE.
His advice for those starting out 👇
wherever you have experience, you sell to [that niche] first because you understand the BUSINESS…
Easy wins are DBR’s [database reactivations] and that’s because it satisfies the human need for instant gratification.
Also…
GHL is in high demand EVERY where.
It's growing and more companies are utilizing it even if not as their foundational CRM.
My suggestion:
Get good at it.
Don't pay for any mentorship.
Go to Upwork, find jobs and either APPLY or just complete the task so you can understand the platform.
It's a LOT of features but once you start playing around with it and completing projects that ACTUAL COMPANIES are looking for, you are going to be good.

PRINT ON DEMAND
$4K/Month Printing Out Text Messages Into Books
📝 Joshua Z writes…
I made $34k after a year of printing out text messages into books.
His business…
My Forever Books. A website where you can upload your text messages (iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) and get them printed into a real, physical book. Top use cases being anniversary gifts or preserving the texts of family/friends that have passed.
Exactly a year ago today, I made my first organic sale from a random customer in Tennessee… A month later, I quit my job and went all in on the business
Looks like he's now averaging about $4K in monthly revenue 💰
Could be an opportunity to do the same thing in different languages / countries.
💡 I brainstormed with ChatGPT and it came up with a similar idea…
Family Groupchat Yearbook: Pull the best photos, jokes, and quotes from the family chat and print annually. Sell as a subscription (“We ping you every December with a one-click reorder.”)
This also reminded me of Framed Tweets, which was earning $25K/mo a few years back 😎

RESALE
Make $1,000 a Day Selling TSA Liquidation Items
Chris Koerner in a recent video…
there are these liquidation marketplaces where you can buy Costco returns and everything the TSA confiscates, you can buy for pennies on the dollar.
Two such websites 👇
👍 Chris recommends…
What you should do and can do is build an agent… just vibe code an agent that finds items for sale [on these marketplaces] according to your filters… let's say under $3000 within a 100 miles of your zip code.
And then it just posts them all for sale on Facebook Marketplace at a set markup, call it 80%.
So you list all these things on Facebook Marketplace and whatever starts taking off, getting a ton of hits and inquiries, then you actually go spend the money to buy the thing.
So essentially a dropshipping business, but an AI agent would do all the work to find winning products and willing buyers 🎯
