Hey, it's Niall ๐Ÿ‘‹

Remember the guy I featured previously, earning $9K in a single month on YouTube?

He posts AI-generated videos of animated kittens having little nonsensical adventures.

Zero filming. Zero editing skills. Just ChatGPT, an AI video tool, and about an hour per clip ๐Ÿค–

NPR literally called it "AI slop" โ€“ and the channel still hit 500K subscribers in under a year.

AI-generated kitten cartoons. $9K/month. What a time to be alive.

AD BENCHES

$500/Year Passive Income From One DIY Ad Bench

Prestigious_Fuel_945 writesโ€ฆ

I didn't buy a $100k highway billboard. I went DIY.

He found a high-traffic intersection and made a deal with the landowner to place a bench there. Cost him about $70 to build.

He stuck a "Your Ad Here" sign on it with his phone number.

A local tree service company found the listing. They now pay me $700/year to have their logo on that bench.

The math ๐Ÿ‘‡

I pay the landowner $200/year for the "rent." I net $500/year in profit for doing literally nothing once the deal was signed.

๐Ÿค‘ Scale it up...

  • 1 bench = $500/year profit
  • 10 benches = $5,000/year
  • 100 benchesโ€ฆ you get the idea

It's not "get rich quick." It's "build something once and get paid for a long time."

Worth checking local regulations before you start, but the barrier to entry here is about as low as it gets: $70 and a conversation with a landowner ๐Ÿ˜Ž

NICHE JOB BOARD

$1000/Month From His Niche Job Board (Paid Per Click)

Alex Gotoi writes about his side projectโ€ฆ

I've been running a job board for remote Human Resources roles since 2019. In 2022 I started generating some revenue by referring traffic to large job aggregators on a cost per click model.

๐Ÿง The interesting part: he doesn't charge employers to post. Instead, job aggregators like Adzuna, Jooble, and Joblookup have out-of-the-box partnership programs.

They give you a big XML feed of jobs, each with a CPC price attached. You pick the ones relevant to your niche, post them, and earn money when visitors click through.

I pull about 20K jobs from their feed, then run my script to select about 100 relevant jobs. The other 30% I get manually from LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. I have alerts on all big sites with some deep filtering.

๐Ÿ’ฐ The board grosses ~$1K/month. After taxes and fixed costs, he keeps about $650/month โ€“ which he puts straight into an index fund for retirement.

He had a head start: ~5K LinkedIn connections in HR, which helped him reach 100 daily visits and 2K newsletter subscribers within about 2 months.

My advantage was that I was already active in the HR community. I would need another "me" to build in more industries.

The idea ๐Ÿ‘‡

Pick a professional niche you know, sign up for the aggregator partnerships, and curate a focused board.

You don't need to sell to employers โ€“ the aggregators supply the jobs AND pay you ๐Ÿ˜Ž

AI VIDEO

This New Cinematic AI Tool Might Make You Rich

๐Ÿ’ฌ Filmmaker Ruairi Robinson tweetsโ€ฆ

This was a 2 line prompt in seedance 2. If the hollywood is cooked guys are right maybe the hollywood is cooked guys are cooked too idk.

The clip โ€“ Tom Cruise vs Brad Pitt in a cinematic fight scene โ€“ hit 1.5M views ๐Ÿคฏ

He followed up with more. Brad Pitt vs a zombie ninja. Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise teaming up against a robot.

All from two-line text prompts.

The tool is Seedance 2 โ€“ made by ByteDance (TikTok's parent company). Full global rollout expected around Feb 24.

When someone asked if people would pay for AI-generated movies, Robinson's responseโ€ฆ

people pay to watch CGI

Meanwhile, ChatCut showed off a different angle โ€“ also 1.3M views ๐Ÿ‘€

Send an Amazon product link โ†’ their AI agent crawls the page โ†’ feeds it into Seedance 2 โ†’ out comes a full UGC-style product video. Automatically.

That's a ready-made business. Brands pay $200-500+ per UGC video. With tools like this you could generate them in minutes.

Some ways to run with this ๐Ÿ‘‡

  • Start a UGC product video agency โ€“ no filming, no creators, just Amazon links and an AI tool.
  • Launch a faceless YouTube channel with AI-generated short films or compilations.
  • Sell video ad creation to small businesses who can't afford traditional production.
  • Make short films using public domain characters โ€“ Nancy Drew, Miss Marple, and others entered the public domain in 2026. Ready-made stories, zero licensing fees.

Whoever gets to grips with these tools early will make serious money ๐Ÿ’ฐ
