Hey, it's Niall 👋
Remember that list of 200+ ways to make money with AI?
I fed the whole thing into AI and asked…
Which ideas could the average person start making money from the fastest? 🤔
Not faceless YouTube. Not AI-generated art.
One of the simplest ideas: AI writing services and social media management for local businesses.
Not glamorous. But think about the restaurant, the hair salon, the pet groomer on your street. 🐶
They know they need to show up online. They're not going to learn prompt engineering to do it.
They just want someone to handle it – and with AI, you can even keep it as a side hustle and still earn decent money doing it. 💰
Here's what stood out about this idea...
Lowest barrier of anything on the list. You could have your first paying client within weeks.
No coding, no product to build – just you and a handful of local clients. People are already making real money doing this today.
This is just one idea from the list.
There are 200+ more – grab the full guide below 👇
Then keep reading for more fresh ideas.

VIBE CODING
He Built a $28/Year ElevenLabs Alternative in 2 Days
tortangtalong88 writes on Reddit…
I was spending $22/month on ElevenLabs for YouTube scripts and constantly hitting that 1hr 30min limit mid-project.
So he grabbed a subscription to GLM 4.7 – a Chinese LLM – for $28/year, and vibe-coded an offline voice cloner in 2 days.
GLM 4.7 for 90% of the code, Claude Opus only when the voice cloning logic got messy. Ended up with a portable Windows app – just extract the zip and run the bat file. No website, no installer, just a janky Python GUI that works offline.
Is it as polished as ElevenLabs? No. But it generates unlimited voiceovers without checking a credit dashboard every 5 minutes.
He put it on Gumroad and got 2 sales in 24 hours – paying for his entire year of GLM overnight 🤑
The gap between cheap open source and expensive closed AI is way smaller than we think.
In the comments, u/PromptlyWriter confirms the pattern…
I vibe coded a screen recorder, windows debloater, audio separator… It’s pretty rad 😎
What expensive AI subscription are you paying for? Writing tools, image generators, transcription services, SEO tools – if you’re paying $20+/month, there’s probably a vibe-coded DIY version waiting to be built.
Sell it on Gumroad and let the tool pay for itself 🔥
BORING BUSINESS
$2K/Week Doing Other People’s Laundry (From Home)
Susan Toft was a new mom rummaging through piles of unfolded clothes every morning just to find something to wear.
She thought: if this is a pain point for me, it’s a pain point for other busy families too.
So she started The Laundry Lady in 2012 – picking up and delivering laundry in her van, toddler in the backseat.
According to a recent interview...
- It’s now Australia’s #1 mobile laundry service
- $12M/year in revenue
- 450+ contractors
- Secured a $1M investment via Shark Tank Australia
But you don’t need to build the next Laundry Lady. You could become a contractor 👇
Contractors pick up customers’ dirty laundry, wash it at home, and return it clean. They keep 80% of the ~$100 service fee.
Earnings range from $300 to $3K/week AUD. Average: $1,500–$2,000/week.
Flexible hours. No territory lock-in. Customers book weekly or fortnightly, and rarely cancel.
Even adding one new recurring client per week compounds quickly.
All marketing is run by head office. Contractors just do some local outreach to get started – usually takes 3–6 months to build a full schedule.
Currently in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. UK next.
Not in one of those countries? The model is simple enough to start on your own. Clothes keep getting dirty 😎
NICHE WEBSITES
$273/Day From Niche Directories (Built With AI)
Frey Chu builds niche directory websites using Claude Code. His portfolio generates $2500–3K+/month from display ads and lead generation.
📝 From a recent interview…
I built this directory in 4 days and it literally started from a raw massive unorganized CSV of over 70,000 rows that I scraped for the entire country.
I probably saved over 2,000 hours in what would have been manual data cleaning, manual data enrichment.
His process: scrape business data from Google Maps, clean it with AI, verify websites, enrich listings with details and images, then build the site.
Total cost for one directory: under $250.
The niches are deliberately boring 👇
Luxury restroom trailers. Boring but awesome niche. People are spending $1000, $2000 a day renting these out for weddings.
Other niches he mentions: liquidation stores, daycares with cameras, funeral homes, senior living.
One directory (New Mexico State Fair) earned him $20,000 with minimal maintenance 🤑
Monetization is flexible – display ads, selling leads to businesses, or charging for premium listings.
Pick a boring niche, scrape the data, let AI do the hard work 😎
TOGETHER WITH MASTERWORKS
Billionaire investors just set 2 all-time records. An asset class most investors never even considered.
How have 70,679 everyday investors joined in on the billionaire’s asset class?
A Klimt painting sold for $236 million—the most expensive modern artwork ever sold at auction.
A Kahlo broke the auction record for a female artist at $54 million.
Obvious outliers, sure, but the 2025 fall auction season signaled the postwar and contemporary art market could be entering a bull run.
Why?
Outpaced the S&P 500 overall with low correlation since ‘95*
Can trade in any global currency
Natural scarcity
Of course, who can afford to spend millions on a painting, right?
But now it’s easy to fractionally invest in art by legends like Banksy and more, thanks to Masterworks.
They acquire it, securitize it, offer shares, and eventually look to sell it.
Net annualized returns like 14.6%, 17.6%, and 17.8% for works held over a year.
See why members have allocated $1.3 billion across 500+ works:
