AMAZON RESELLING
$400K a Year on Amazon in a Few Hours a Week
Matthew Borger sells on Amazon around his full-time job as a mortgage broker in Houston. In a recent interview, he broke down how it's gone since he started in early 2024 π
My first year I did $157,000 in sales. Then in 2025, I did a little over $400,000 in sales.
And he never touches a single product π
I utilize a prep center, so I don't touch any of my inventory. I don't see any of my inventory.
Suppliers ship straight to the prep center, which preps and forwards everything to Amazon. Matthew just picks what to buy β now down to 2-3 hours a week πͺ
His trick is finding products where every seller ships slowly, then swooping in with fast Prime delivery...
So I can jump on as a FBA seller and sell 10-20% higher than what's on the listing.
At ~12% net margin, that $400K works out to around $48K profit π€
Want in? Open accounts with a few wholesale distributors, then hunt for listings where nobody's offering fast shipping β there's your gap π
ROBOT TRAINING
Get Paid $15-25/Hour to Film Yourself Doing Chores
Doordash Task is paying $15-$25/hour for doing basic chores.... Basically you're training Ai to take our jobs in the future... it's pretty good money for doing things you already have to do.
They mail you a free head mount. You strap your phone to it, film yourself loading the dishwasher or folding laundry, and the footage trains AI and robots π€
Best part π
It's also paid by time and not task, so you want the task to take longer. Max time is usually 20mins and you'll most likely never reach the 20mins because it doesn't take that long to take out the trash or load a dishwasher for example.
So people stretch it. One person filled a bathtub with a bucket to make "pouring liquids" last the full 20 minutes.
π€ Easy money, but earnings are modest β one reviewer reports $160 from 30 videos, another $50 in their first week.
It's live in 34 US states, no California, New York or Texas yet.
Everywhere else, Atlas Capture is running the same play worldwide π

IDEA VALIDATION
He Made $20K Selling an App That Didn't Exist
Gil Hildebrand opened a brand new X account with zero followers, in an industry he didn't know much about π€·ββοΈ
For months he gave away free tools and data reports to YouTube creators, building an email list of 1,000+.
Then he mocked up an app idea and put 50 lifetime licenses up for sale π
He recently shared...
The first 10 licenses were super super cheap and then every 10 after that went up... Pretty quickly it sold out, I think within 2 or 3 days and I made my first $20,000 before the idea was even built.
$20K in the bank, and the product didn't exist π€
Buyers weren't taking much of a risk...
I'm going to deliver this product to you in 60 days and after that you'll have 2 weeks to continue trying it and ask for your money back.
Eighteen months on, Subscribr does $30K/month from 4,500+ customers.
On why asking people what they'd pay is useless π
The only way to really get validation is to collect money from people.
Whatever you're itching to build, mock it up and try selling 10 first π
